Q1. When booking I get a message saying that no further bookings are available and to select another day and time. Why is this and what advice can you give to me when making a booking?
A1. Online bookings are essential and subject to availability as per the terms and conditions. We get most of our bookings for a Friday or Saturday night. If you really want to come on either of these nights you need to get in quick - cinema sessions times for each week are published at around 3:30pm on Tuesdays. We suggest you get online after 3:30pm on Tuesdays to make your booking then. Otherwise try and book at offpeak times (Sunday to Thursday).

Q2. Can I phone the cinema or restaurant to book?
A2. No, sorry. Bookings are only available online using this website. Go the the Tickets tab.

Q3. Will the expiry date be extended?
A3. Yes - we have decided to extend the expiry date to allow our customers to use their Scoopons. The new expiry date is Wed 14 March, 2012. However, we do encourage customers to use their Scoopons as soon as possible.

Q4. Can I see a movie and have dinner on different days?
A4. No, sorry. The restaurant and movie must be used on the same day.

Q5. How do I specify the time I wish to dine at the restaurant?
A5. When you book the movie you will be requested to select the dining time in the Daily Deals section. Watch the video for a full explanation.

Q6. Can I change my mind once I have booked?
A6. No, sorry. Once you have booked there are no changes/exchanges/refunds permitted.
